Contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the items you want to return. We will issue a return authorization and give you the correct return address.

Items must be unopened and in original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies and return shipping is your responsibility. Flooring, range hoods, opened items, and some accessories cannot be returned. Confirm with customer service before sending anything back.

If you need delivery elsewhere, you can arrange a freight forwarder and have the order delivered to them. Arranging and managing the forwarding service is your responsibility.
